Collective Monologue is a patient and expansive work, organically weaving commentary on labor with rich observations about the dynamics between animals and carers.” VARIETY

“The final scene, where one of the protagonists weeps while cradling the little monkey Juanita – who, crouched in a corner, seems too weak to move – encapsulates the essence of the entire film. It is an unclassifiable, breathtakingly beautiful work that challenges us to reconsider our place in the world.” CINE EUROPA
